Der Workshop beleuchtet Perspektive und Anliegen von Menschen mit Behinderung und zeigt Möglichkeiten auf wie Inklusion im Betrieb nachhaltig umgesetzt werden kann.
In Impulsvorträgen werden rechtliche Rahmenbedingungen, Förder- und Unterstützungsangebote thematisiert. Assistierende Technologien und unterstützte Kommunikation werden vorgestellt und können ausprobiert werden. Anhand konkreter Praxisbeispiele werden Lösungen und Maßnahmen in Bezug auf ArbeitnehmerInnenschutz diskutiert.
Die Teilnehmer:innen haben ausreichend Möglichkeit zur Vernetzung untereinander sowie mit Vertretern:Vertreterinnen der anwesenden Institutionen und Vereine.
